Chubarjeva L. Small business: theory, mechanisms of support formation and development

Object of research: processes of forming and func-tioning of small business in society. Purpose of re-search: exposure of conformities to the law of becom-ing and development of small business and ground of methodology of forming of effective mechanisms of his support. Methods of research: dialectical method, methods of logical thought, systems approach, methods of grumping, methods of comparative and statistical analysis, methods of economical and statistical design and prognostication, methods of logical generalization. Results: the different scientific theories of forming and development of small business are generalized and a concept is specified "small business"; on the basis of grouping and analysis of specific features of small business his functions are grounded and their list is ex-tended; certain and analyses world tendencies of be-coming and development of small business, that al-lowed to differentiate types, prospects and varieties of subjects of small business; international experience ofsupport of small business is systematized and possibili-ties of his adaptation are considered to the terms of na-tional economy; conception of support of small busi-ness is developed; the state is certain and the modern progress trends of small business are exposed in Ukraine; the essence analysis of the system of mecha-nisms of support of small business is conducted in Ukraine and directions of their development are of-fered; the normatively-legal mechanism of state support of small business is improved and a necessity and ways of his transformation is grounded; the method of esti-mation of efficiency of support of small business is offered and its indexes are systematized, the economi-cal and statistical model of prognosis of development of small enterprises is developed in Ukraine. Novelty: first: conception of support of small business is devel-oped; new approaches are developed to typification of small business and classification of his subjects; im-proved: normatively-legal mechanism of state support ofsmall business the necessity of his transformation is grounded in the conditions of Ukraine in a regulator-legal mechanism; a concept is specified "small busi-ness"; got further development: mechanism of eco-nomic ground of functions of small business; economi-cal and statistical model of prognosis of development of small enterprises in Ukraine.
