Saliev E. The mechanisms of realization of state policy in the sphere of water supply in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea

The object is the state policy n the sphere of water supply at current time of reforming the brench. The objective is the scientific justification of the ways of improvement of regional mechanisms of realization of state policy in the sphere of water supply. The methods are dialectical, system approach, information-logic analysis, system analysis, comparative analysis, modeling, statistical analysis, problem-oriented. The newness is that new scientific-methodological approach to the improvement of mechanisms in the government policy realization in the sphere of water supply in the Autonomy Republic of the Crimea as a regional organizational-economic system were developed in the dissertation. The results are that the specifics of the sphere of water supply in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea as the object of state policy has been established; the model of reorganization of the regional sysyem of of water supply of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has been worked out; regional organization mechanismsof government policy realization in the sphere of water supply have been improved.
