Lashkina M. Conceptual framework of cooperation of public authorities and mass media in the conditions of democratization of public administration in Ukraine

The object is cooperation of public authorities and mass media in the conditions of democratization of public administration in Ukraine. The objective is scientific-theoretical ground of conceptual principles of cooperation of public authorities and mass media in the conditions of democratization of public administration in Ukraine in the context of organizational structurization of the functions of public authorities which are responsible for the activity of mass media and achievement of professional perfection by the workers of the special subsections and civil servants - by the transmitters of news. The methods are historical, comparative, structural-functional, inductive, analysis, synthesis, questionnaire, design of social and political processes, measuring and description. The newness is that the model of the conceptual going to the informational cooperation of public authorities of Ukraine and mass media in the conditions of democratization of public-administrative relations is offered. The results are that the paradigm of informational cooperation of public authorities and mass media, coming from political-ideological, legal and economic aspects is considered; principles and bases of forming of strategy of modern informational policy of Ukraine taking into account expert estimations are determine; the existent going to the contents of informational cooperation of public authorities and mass media in the process of democratization of public administration in Ukraine is improved.
