Rusanov I. Preperitoneal repair in the treatment of primary and relapse inguinal hernias to take with polypropylene mash. (Medicine-experimental research)

Dissertation is devoted the issue of inguinal hernia repair. The improvement of results of medical treatment of primary and recurrent inguinal hernia by application of methods of preperitoneal hernia repair is the primary purpose of the conducted research by a polypropylene mash. Work is based on data of experimental research of adult males of white rats (78 animals) of line Wistar and clinical research of results of operative medical treatment 189 patients with inguinal hernia. In the experiment there are the shown features of formation of connection fabric and change of properties of mash at different variants of his implantation. It is found out, that feet of inflammatory reaction that change of properties of mash rely on the variant of implantation. In default of fixing she is displaced from the place of primary implantation. Scientifically it is led to, that application of sonography at diagnostics of inguinal hernia on 99% reliable in equalization with the interoperation measuring of inguinal channel. By means the sonography the choice of method of the hernia repair and size of mash is executed on to operating stage.
