Dissertation is devoted to development of algorithmic and structural bases of software tools construction for dynamic objects analytical and numeral-analytical methods. The issue of dynamic objects mathematical modelling optimization is proposed. The method of the model dominant eigen values selection of was improved, purpose algorithms of analytical, numeral analytical, structure functional transformation of linear and nonlinear dynamic object's models was developed.
