Object of the study processes of the shaping personnel-strategies enterprise to machine-building branch. Objective of study is the most further development theoretical and methodological basis of strategic management personnel on industrial enterprise and development practical recommendation on ensuring the correspondence to strategies of the shaping the personnel to competitive strategy of the enterprise. Methods of research are complex analysis and syntheses, system approach, statistical analysis, graphic, expert estimation, questionnaire. Theoretical and practical results: it is generalised theoretical approaches and is determined conceptual bases of the shaping of strategic management; recommendations on shaping and provision cross connection personnel-strategies with competitive strategy of the enterprise. Novelty is improvement theoretical basis and development practical recommendation on strategies of the shaping the personnel enterprise in modern condition.
