The work is dedicated to one of the most important challenges in obstetrics - preeclampsia rate reduction in pregnant patients with arterial hypertension by development of prognostic and prevention methods. For the first time due to comparative analysis of pregnant women with arterial hypertension some predictors of preeclampsia onset were determined. Based on these predictors mathematical model was created and prognostic score was built. This score enables to determine the probability of preeclampsia on preclinical stages with high levels of probability. Its sensitivity is 74,2 % and specificity is 88,4 %; its positive and negative predictive value is 72,8 % and 89,1 %, respectively. Implementation of the developed measures for prevention of preeclampsia in pregnant patient with arterial hypertension, including use of ozone therapy, promotes to reduce the rate of preeclampsia by 1,8 (from 43,5 to 23,9 %), as well as the rate pregnancy and delivery complications.
