Dissertation is devoted to the study of clinics and pathogenetical aspects of diagnostics and treatment of the reproductive system at women with subclinical hypothyroidism. It is set that at women with subclinical hypothyroidism takes place that or other degree of hyperpolaktinemia, in most cases conditioned by the increase of the contents of biologically-active faction of prolactine. On the basis of the conducted clinical and laboratory inspection the clinical and laboratory criteria of choice of dopaminergik preparations (mastodynon, cyclodynon and bromocriptine) are developed, the necessity of staging application of traditional monotherapy L-thyroxyne and dopaminergic medicines, is grounded that made it possible to promote frequency of renewal of ovulating cycles and coming of pregnancy.
