General results of the theoretical analisis of scientific literature on the problems of egocentrism by younger students in their interaction with persons of the same age. Psychological peculiarities of egocentrism display by younger students in their interaction with persons of the same age revealed. The impact of personal egocentrism on qualities of a young student personality has been established. The dynamic and gender differences of personal egocentric orientation of younger students have been investigated. In theory grounded, developed and approved the socially-psychological training for the development of mechanisms of decentralization, reflexion and empathy for younger school age students.
