Essay

The thesis considers a scientific and applied problem of the improvement of methodology of the integrated organizational- technological designing by creation of a system basis for formation, choice and decision-making, structural optimization of investment-building cycles and management of changes at their realization. The offered principles, methods and models of preparation of investment-building activity have allowed to reduce terms of realization of projects on 25 %, to lower cost of ready building production on 15 % on м3 of volume of branch industrial buildings of new generation, to raise efficiency of investments and their recoupment.
