Fedorenko A. The psychological factors of prevention and overcoming of professional nonadaptation of the future psychologists

The Thesis is devoted to the theoretical-experimental studing of professional nonadaptation as the phenomenon of prepearing the future psychologists, psychologists-prectitioners. It is coordinated the concept "professional adaptation/nonadaptation", "professional adaptiveness/nonadaptiveness", "professional adapted/nonadapted", "professional adaptive potential". It is realized the integrative studing of the symptom complex "vulnerability to the nonadaptation" and " firmness to the nonadaptation" in the nature context of rise and influence on the future professional activity of the future psychologist-prectitioner. It is researched the psychological substance and content of adaptive potential as a progress factor of firmness to the professional nonadaptation. It is detected the psychological factors and mechanisms of prevention and overcoming of the professional nonadaptation, it is realized the differentiation of the psychological mechanisms and qualities of a person in the symptom complex "firmness tothe nonadaptation" and "vulnerability to the nonadaptation".
