The paper is devoted to conceptualization and empiric foundation of the peculiarities of functioning of social rehabilitation of socially unprotected and socially deprived categories. Innovative consent of the Dissertation is depicted in using of interdisciplinary methodology for analysis of social rehabilitation processes. The model of social rehabilitation as a social institution which is based on interdisciplinary approach and includes different levels of rehabilitation influence is proposed for the first time.
