Complex analysis of dysfunction phenomenon in education is carried. Within the theoretical and empirical aspect deviation and shadow practice in higher education are viewed. Results of interviewing of the teaching staff of Institutions of higher education concerning Bologna process and general stage of higher education in the country is analyzed. Concerning the ways of crisis overcoming сonceptual grounding of the necessity of instavration which includes transformations that are based on the best achievements of the past.
