The dissertation is devoted to problems of methodology in knowledges about the state for pupils of secondary school at the lessons of history and law. In the research is lighted and generalized theoretical- methodological foundations in forming pupils’ knowledges about state at the lessons of history and law, the methodological conditions of their effective forming are defined and motivated, theoretically developed and experimentally examined methodology in forming pupils’ knowledges about the state at the lessons of history and law.
