Essay

Dissertation devoted to the study of peculiarities of cardioembolitic AIS and atherothrombotic AIS; medication correction for the disease. Development of stroke by day (92,6%), presence of heart's pathology, absence of hemodynamic considerable stenosis of main artery of brain, slight course and better functional recovery are the features of cardioembolitic AIS. For cardioembolitic AIS is typically development simultaneously in several vascular territories. The atherothrombotic AIS are characterized by clinical manifestation at night (60%), presence of hemodynamic considerable stenosis of main artery of brain, absence of disturbance of the heart's rhythm. Severity of condition and functional recovery are worse. For atherothrombotic stroke is peculiar discovery the one center of affection of one vascular site. Pathomorphological methods. The forming of occlusive thrombus on atherosclerotic plaque in 43,6% cases was leading to ischemia. Migration of thromboemboles from left atriums of heart or initial part of aorta was in 30,8% cases; acute decrease of blood flow to brain - in 25,6% cases. For all patients are advisable compulsory perform of ECG, MRI of brain, diagnostic ultrasound and duplex scanning of main brain's arteries. In the first 24 hours for patients suffered from ischemic stroke Cerebrolysinum can be administered; repeated course of it is desirable in 6 months. Pentosan polysulfatis can be received. Performance early rehabilitation is necessary for decrease complications. Key words: cardioembolitic stroke, atherothrombotic stroke, magnetic resonance imaging of brain, pathomorphological methods, Cerebrolysinum, Pentosan polysulfatis.
