Essay

A planar free-electron maser with an axial magnetic field is studied. The goal is the theoretical investigation of the amplification of a monochromatic signal in a planar free-electron maser with an axial magnetic field. Methods are Lindshtedt method, Benettin algorithm, Gaponov method, Curaev method. Features of the amplification in a planar free-electron maser for the parameters, which are closed to magnetostatic resonance, are found. The theoretical investigation of the amplification in a planar free-electron laser with taking into account the potential and the rotational of space-charge fields is carried out. Microwave electronics is the application area.
