Sorokina N. Public administration by forming of the valued orientations of modern Ukrainian society

Research object - a process of formation of the value orientations of society. A purpose of dissertation is a justificastion theory and methodological principles of state administration by formation of the value orientations of society on the modern stage of state establishment. Research methods are a structural method, dialectical and sociocultural approaches, expert survey approach, system concept, analysis and synthesis, comparison and analogy, classification, formalization. Scientific novelty: the structure of the system of state administration by formation of the value orientations of Ukrainian society in a sociocultural sphere is analyzed for the first time; a succession in forming of system of the value orientations of society is settled, a basis of which is established by democratic changes in the process of reformation of state administration, and determined dependence on the value orientations of government officials; іmprovements: мethods for determination of role of sociocultural features of region in formation of the system of all nation value orientations; а model of functions distribution in the process of formation of the value orientations of society between the federal, state and local authorities; subsequent development: theory and methodological justification of determination of the terms' matter such as "values", "value orientations", as well as a concept of "state administration by formation of the value orientations of society" is specified; determination of the trends of changes in the system of the value orientations in the process of Ukrainian society transformation.
