Pismenna K. Economic and legal support of state policy in shipbuilding and ship repair.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the methods, structure and objects of state economic policy in the sphere of shipbuilding and to the improvement the methods of its realization. The work analyses the condition, tendencies and international experience of state support of shipbuilding viewed as an object of economic and legal impact. The research indicates some gaps of the legal regulation of economic activity of enterprises of this brunch of industry and proposed the ways of its improvement. Proved, that the sphere of the objects of economic policy should include not only shipbuilding, but ship repair and others, that should be legally proclaimed as priorities. Paid attention to the improvement of the legal support by acceptation programs of economical development. Particularities of measures of the economic policy of shipbuilding were analyzed.
