Pogribnyy D. Corporate law of the State: concept, cause of accrual, device of consummation.

The thesis explores topical issues of theoretical and law enforcement related to the outbreak and protection of state corporate law. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section examines the evolution of the corporate state and the notion of corporate law state. The second section deals with the grounds of a state corporate rights. In particular: privatization, corporatization, reprivatization, inheritance, the redemption of corporate rights (shares, stocks) confiscation, the transfer of state property shares (shares, stocks) statutory fund non-state actors form of ownership if they receive appropriate budgetary investment. The third section examines particularly the implementation and protection of corporate rights of the state.
