Slinchuk N. Correction of climacteric infringements at women with hepatobiliarial pathology.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency and a degree of weight of climacteric infringements at women with hepato-biliarial pathology on the basis of studying of the basic biochemical, endocrinological and microbiological changes, and also improvement and introduction of a complex of treatment-preventive actions. Clinical-functional features, and also changes of quality of a life, lipide exchange, a functional condition of a liver, endocrinological status and microbiocenoze sexual ways at women with climacteric infringements on a background hepato-biliarial pathologies are investigated. The role of infringements lipide exchange and a functional condition of a liver at genesise developments of climacteric infringements is shown. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency and a step of weight of climacteric infringements at women with hepato-biliarial pathology are developed and introduced on the basis of use of replaceable hormonal and metabolic therapy.
