3. The object of research: social-employment relations regarding tariffication, remuneration and motivation of labour at agricultural companies. The purpose of research: substantiation of theoretical and practical recommendations regarding reinforcement of motivation of labour at agricultural enterprises at the basis of improvement of tariff system, forms and systems of remuneration of labour. Methods: historical, monographic, abstract-logical, economics-statistical, calculating-constructional, extrapolation, economics-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: scientific-theoretical generalizations and practical propositions made on the basis of results of the research, intended for the improvement of tariff system, forms and systems of labour remuneration at agricultural enterprises. Theoretical regulations of the essence of labour remuneration, tariff system and motivation of labour in market economy have been generalised. Role of tariffication and labour remuneration in the system of motivation of workers of agricultural enterprises has been determined. Practical importance of obtained results lies in using of recommendations regarding to implementation of integrated wage rates distribution, improvement of workers' grades assignment system and use of labour remuneration from calculated gross revenue, tariffless system of labour remuneration and payment for final production results at the basis of piecework bonus system. Scientific novelty: the model of integrated wage rates distribution which involves all categories and positions of agricultural workers has been developed for the first time, and in contrast to recommended for enterprises and organizations of other spheres of production, it is adapted to the conditions of rural development and foresees unification of tariffication system of agricultural enterprises, which will enable to raise material and status motivation of workers; methodology of calculation of rates of additional payments for agricultural and animal husbandry production usingpiecework-bonus system of labour remuneration at companies with low production level, which cannot afford to pay for production additional 25-50%, has been improved; necessity of stimulation of agricultural workers for share interest using rates (standards) of labour remuneration calculated at the basis of normative gross revenue for agricultural and animal-husbandry production and tariffless system of labour remuneration at the industrial and auxiliary departments, has been substantiated; methodological approaches to quantitative measurement of economical efficiency of agricultural production in present conditions through generalising indicator of relation of produced gross output to used production resources at agricultural enterprises, expressed through sum of labour remuneration, integrated assessment of other kinds of resources and current scientific-practical regulations regarding raising of level of labour remuneration at agricultural enterprises of different legal-organizing forms at the basis of itsstate and contractual regulation, underwent further development. Extent of implementation: results of the research have been accepted for implementation by Senior Management on Agro-Industrial Development of Lviv Regional State Administration, Lviv Scientific-Research Centre of Productivity of Agro-Industrial Complex, they are also used in teaching process at Lviv National Agrarian University. Efficiency: results of research confirm the efficiency of raising of level of labour remuneration at agricultural companies. Sphere, field of application: results of research are stated in the dissertation thesis, were used in the working out of regional program of integrated development of agriculture, collective agreements, regulations on labour remuneration at agricultural companies, and also in the teaching process at agrarian educational institution.
