Object: process of management by labour potential of an industrial enterprise. Object: theoretical and methodical providing of processes of forming of the system of management by labour potential of an industrial enterprises. Methods: analysis and synthesis, factor analysis, statistical methods, method of groupments, economico - mathematical design. First: it is argued on the basis of humanitarian paradigm to use a new formed conception of the system of management by a still human creature as component part of labour potential of enterprise; principles and system of motivation of innovative activity of human capitals of enterprise are developed; the model of the system of stimulation of development of labour potential of enterprise is offered due to the improvement of tariff policy of enterprise. It is improved: methodical approach to determination of role and maintenance of labour potential of enterprise; systems of motivation of innovative activity of personnel; process of forming and management bylabour potential of enterprise; methodical approach to estimation of labour potential; system of factors of development of labour potential of an industrial enterprise. Obtained subsequent development: determination of notion "labour", "labour potential"; system of indexes of economic stimulation; recommendations in relation to forming of basic directions and factors of providing of competitive edges of enterprises.
