Vlasova T. . Foundation and Use of the Intellectual Capital during Public Reproduction.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex analysis of the nature of the intellectual capital and its structure. The essence of the intellectual capital is determined as set of knowledge, information, the mental faculties directed on realization of material and non-material interests, on reception of economic and/or social benefit. Features of the intellectual capital formation are revealed. It is proved that formal and informal institutes take part in the process. The family considered inside household as an economic entity is defined as the main informal institute of the intellectual capital formation. The basic directions of use of the intellectual capital are distinguished and analyzed. New understanding of welfare of a person and people of the country is offered. Correlation of the intellectual capital and welfare is revealed and proved. The intellectual capital creates conditions for expansion of welfare of the person and people of the country. The welfare enriches a mental potential and intellectual capital of the nation.
