The thesis is devoted to developing the model of increasing efficiency of cargo owners' transport services while delivering package cargo in international automobile communication. The new approach to efficiency increase of cargo owners' transport services while delivering package cargo in international communication and estimation of its effect is presented in the work. The improved complex approach as to the system of organization of traffic flow distribution channels in international communication is proposed. The opportunity to choose the optimal strategy of cargo owners' behaviour on the transport market with the account of risks is presented.
