Essay

Object – process of forming strategy of the cost cutting of enterprises of bred-baking industry. Purpose – deepening of theoretical bases of strategy of the cost cutting of enterprise and grounds of methodical and practical recommendations concerning its forming at bred-baking enterprises. Methods – analysis and synthesis, statistical grouping and comparison, economic and mathematic modeling, graphic method. Results – substantiated conceptual bases of forming of strategy of the cost cutting of bred-baking enterprises. Novelty – complex approach to forming of strategy of the cost cutting is developed. The features of functioning of bred-baking enterprises and requirements of market environment are taken into consideration. The assured scopes of efficiency of functioning of bred-baking enterprises are defined on the basis of built interval model of optimization of costs at the optimistic and pessimistic variants of events development. Implemented – in the practical activity of bred-baking enterprises, ineducational process. Sphere – bred-baking production.
