Zhovnir I. Reasoning for Formation of Cerebrovascular Insufficiency in Primary Arterial Hypotension with Distinguished Health Evaluation Criteria

The dissertation researches primary arterial hypotension with finding out pecularities patients, specific clinical manifestations. There were established syndromes and degrees of heaviness and mechanisms of their formation. Reasoning had been performed while examining 136 patients by clinical and neurological, reoencelographical and neuroophtalmoscopical methods. 105 of them were MRI examined. As the result, there were found leading links in formations of clinical and structural manifestations. The research done, had given the possibility to find out some leading criteria in clinical diagnoses and brain structural ones, established some peculiarities of cerebral hemodinamics malfunctioning on microcirculation level and thus to explain pathogenesis of formation. There were found criteria to establish patient's state, degree of decreasing or loss of capacity of work at medical and social examination. It had been done on the bases of many aspects questionnaire which had been adopted to the pathology underconsideration.
