Essay

Technologies of process of the hot rolling of hot-rolled plates of the promoted exactness. Upgrading at the decline of unit cost of metallurgical and machine-building enterprises. Research methods and apparatus:the mathematical design, researches of contact tensions at the kinematics asymmetric rolling by a polarization-optical method and method of pin pressure capsule, researches of power parameters of the kinematics asymmetric rolling by the method of physical design. Theoretical and practical results: conformities to the law of influencing of kinematics asymmetry on the tense state at l/h = 2-4; regressive dependence of relative change of force of rolling from a degree of deformations and degrees of kinematics asymmetry is got; the methods of removal of longitudinal and transversal grow-back hot-rolled plates with the use of the kinematics asymmetric rolling are developed. Novelty - possibility of diminishment of force of rolling is experimentally set due to kinematics asymmetry at the increase of degree of deformation to 40% in 1,3 times. Degree of introduction: basic dates on longitudinal grow-back hot-rolled plates are used for the design of mangle for the plate mill of 3000 of JSC "AMC", recommendations on the decline of cost of constructed, decline of cost of reconstruction of existent mills, increase of exactness of hot-rolled plates. The sphere of the use is metallurgical plants, of particular a branch SRI, project subdivisions of enterprises of heavy engineering.
