Dissertation is devoted to the advance of efficacy of autosomal-dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) treatment based on the dopplerographic objectification of structural and functional renal state and minimally invasive technologies. The investigation was based on evaluation of family anamnesis, clinical course and effectiveness of particular treatment tactics in 50 passively and 60 actively revealed ADPKD patients. Clinical and laboratory parameters of ADPKD stage distribution were determined. Substantiation of indications to dynamic observation, conservative, minimally invasive, surgical treatment and side-priority of intervention considering cysts diameter, renal hemodynamics, presence of chronic pyelonephritis, arterial hypertension and renal insufficiency was conducted. The advantage of minimally invasive technologies and necessity of cyclic minimally invasive interventions in ADPKD patients weas argued. Only after minimally invasive interventions the work capacity of patients was restored.
