Kuzhko A. Contract of transport forwarding

The dissertation is complete scientific work which is devoted complex research of the contract of transport forwarding according to the civil legislation of Ukraine. For the first time at scientific level complex research of the contract of transport forwarding under the civil legislation of Ukraine is conducted. Main objective of dissertational research is revealing of essence and value of the contract of transport forwarding in modern conditions, definition of its signs and features, the theoretical analysis of obligations which arise in the course of the conclusion, change or a termination of the contract of transport forwarding, responsibility for its infringement, formation of offers concerning legal regulation transport-forwarding relations in the civil legislation of Ukraine. In the dissertation the civillaw characteristic of the contract of transport forwarding, a parity with other similar phenomena is consistently investigated. Offers concerning improvement of the civil legislation of Ukraineare formulated.
