Sarakun I. Corporate Rights Realization by the Participants (Founders) of Economic Associations (the Civil Aspect)

The thesis is dedicated to the complex research of the corporate rights realization by the participants (founders) of economic associations. On the basis of the law scientists' theoretical achievements and current legislation analysis the civil law related research of the juridical essence of the corporate right was conducted. The thesis suggests their classification and characteristic features. The moment of the appearance of the corporate rights of the participants (founders) of economic associations was traced, as well as the ways, limits and civil-legal forms of their possession. On the basis of the current legislation and jurisprudence analysis a number of ways of the corporate law improvement in the sphere of the corporate rights disposal were suggested. The conducted research proved that the corporate rights take a special place among other civil right objects.
