The dissertation is devoted to development and realization of effective integration software methods for decision support systems (DSS) with resource distribution business-plans on the basis of accounting, planning and forecasting information systems for granting financial services. On the basis of the generalized model of main data streams and technologies OLAP for information-analytical systems for resource accounting and distribution of the way of multilevel accumulation of a total about efficiency of preparation and realization of projects of decisions is advanced. The method of construction effective software through integrated various sources of the primary data and hypercubes for demonstrative result accumulation is advanced. Methodical bases of the automated operative reprogramming for task preparation, acceptance and decision support implementation are advanced on the basis of data processing order parameter adjustment technology.
