Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of influencing of the active disease eradication system for potato cultivars by biotechnological methods and growing of the obtained lines in vitro on properties of clonal lines, and however, on quality of initial seed potato material. It was established of intravarietal variability of clonal lines for productive, biochemical and morphological characteristics. The results obtained with the use of DNA-analysis by RAPD-PCR method allow concluding about epigene nature of variability of meristem-derived clones. Variability of callus-derived clonal lines has genetic nature. The method of complex estimation of clonal lines is developed considerably diminishes the threat of biological contamination of po-tato cultivars after their disease eradication. It is shown that potato clonal lines cultivation in vitro over 10 years lead to the irreparable loss by their economic value. Improved cyclic chart of cultivation of collection virus-free clonal lines of potato cultivarsis offered. A sepa-rate section is devoted to application of micromycete Chaetomium cochliodes 3250 for the increase of adaptive ability of in vitro plants at relocation them in soil.
