Object - rehabilitation measures for women with a uterine myoma after births; methods – clinical, questionnaire, instru-mental, hormonal, statistical; novelty -first the level of hor-mones is studied in a dynamics, factors of growth and their correlation for women with a uterine myoma during pregnancy and in a down-lying, that provided control after hormonal status of woman; the features of hemodynamics of knots of leiomyoma of uterus are first appraised in a down-lying by the study of intranodulyaris circulation of blood; first after births for women with миомой the alternative method of its treatment is offered by introduction to the cavity of uterus of levonorgestrel-releasing system for a rehabilitation and prophylaxis of possible complications and his efficiency is appraised; results – the effective complex of rehabilitation measures is developed for women with a uterine myoma in a downlying for the prophylaxis of possible complications and economy of genesial function; branch – medicine.
