Kostiuk V. Mortgage crediting with the mortgage of agricultural lands

Dissertation to theoretical-methodological bases and practical questions of the mortgage crediting with the mortgage of agricultural lands and forming of the mortgage crediting system in Ukraine is devoted. The theoretical aspects of development of mechanism of the mortgage crediting are in-process specified, failings which hinder introduction of mechanism of the mortgage crediting is curtained; essence of agrarian mortgage as to the method of manage, that enables due to the mortgage of agricultural earths considerably to increase the volume of productive capital in agriculture is presented. Suggestions in relation to measures on forming of the mortgage crediting system with the mortgage of agricultural lands are offered; the method of calculation of maximal size of mortgage credit essence of which consists in the account of credit risks, interest rates is developed.
