Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to the study of pecularities of functional condition of cell and humoral chains of immune system and also of prooxidant-antioxidant system – of Allergic alveolitis pathogenesis, depending on periods of development of the disease and sex of animals, use of alpha-tokoferol acetate for complex therapy of patients with exogenic Allergic Alveolitis. It was estimated that in condition of experimental Allergic Alveolitis development – the AOS ferments activity begins to decrease most rapidly in lung tissue on the 40-th day, at the same time these indexes are located at the level of control values in, liver, and the were increased in blood, and on the 60-th day of disease – they were sharply lowered in all marked tissues with prevailence – in lungs. It was proved, that the experimental Allergic Alveolitis is accompanied by gradual activisation of peroxide oxidation processes on 30-40-th day, reaching the highest amount on the 60-th day of disease. These processes were more, expressed in females than in males. The active participation of T and B-immunity systems in mechanisms of Allergic Alveolitis development – was established. The presence of immunocomplex mechanism of tissues’ injury was proved. The correcting influence of antioxidant of Alpha-tocoferol acetate on disturbed functional condition of prooxidant-antioxidant system in Allergic Alveolitis in blood, lung tissue, and in liver tissues.
