Essay

Dissertation is devoted the patogenetic ground of xenodermoplastics with the purpose of prevention of violations of the morphological and functional status of liver in the conditions frosty stress and cryo-damage of the skin. It is discovered that cryo-destruction of the 3 degree 10 % during 14 days is represented with diminishing of indexes of gall creating, gall-excreting, absorptive-secretory and glycogen-creating functions of liver with subsequent of their normalization to 28 day. Combination of an acute frosty stress and cryo-damage of the skin is stipulated with more expressed violations of the liver function and makes slowlier their restoring. Delete during the first days after cryo-destruction the necrotic changed tissues with next xenodermoplastics warn violations of the morpо-functional status of liver during first 14 days after a trauma. The obtained results aim at application of xenodermoplastics for the correction of cool trauma.
