Essay

Object of research: processes of management by the system of indemnification of labors of personnel of enterprise. Purpose of research: synthesis of the con-trol system by indemnification of labors of personnel of enterprise, that will allow to promote efficiency of his activity in modern terms. Methods of research: the economic analysis, systems approach, methods of ex-pert analysis, operations analysis, methods, is the eco-nomic and mathematical design. Results: conception of organization of the system of indemnification of labors; mechanism of estimation of results of activity of em-ployees; mechanism of forming of the system of posi-tions; mechanism of optimization of fund of payment of labors. Novelty: first: conception of synthesis of the system of indemnification of labors, allowing to realize flexible procedures of active material stimulation of personnel with the purpose of increase of productivity of his work, is developed; improved: mechanism of estimation of results of activity of employees, giving more complete information for conducting of effective material stimulation of personnel; further development was got: mechanism of transformation of the system of indemnification of labors of personnel of enterprise, allowing to build the flexible system of indemnification of labors of personnel taking into account the aims of functioning of enterprise; model of planning and opti-mization of fund of payment of labors, allowing to promote efficiency of the use of monies facilities on material stimulation of employees due to optimization of the graphs of works. Field of the use: level of enter-prises.
