Essay

In the thesis a legal language as an integral part of legal system has been researched. The language is being presented not only as a linguistic or judicial term, but as an imprint of language consciousness of communication participants in juridical sphere. Author's definition of term "judicial language" has been formulated. Examining the status of judicial system of terms, which is being emerged now in Ukraine, the author drew attention to the role and place of definitions in texts of legal acts and ambiguity of this question on regulatory level. In comparing aspect language-judicial characteristics of normative and law-enforcement acts have been examined. Contemporary language-judicial culture of lawyers has to be built on commutation - ability to find, establish and use of connections for improvement of cooperation means, training and transferring of skills and abilities, information exchange, contacts establishing and conflicts solving. An idea of reasonability of examination of positive experienceof other countries in preparation and systematization of legal acts has been expressed.
