Lukash O. Environmental and economic bases of cross-border mechanisms creation

Object: mechanisms for providing cross-border cooperation of two or more near-border contiguous social, environmental and economic systems with taking into account objective constraints of their development. Purpose: scientific grounding of environmental and economic bases of cross-border mechanisms creation. Research Methods: comparative and statistical analyses, system, logic generalization, system-structural method, method of economic-mathematical modeling and graphic method. Novelty: for the first time the methodical approaches to environmental and economic efficiency estimation of cross-border cooperation, which with detailization sufficient for concrete calculations, allow to take into account ecological factors on the basis of integral environmental impact damage index incorporation are suggested. Subject, level of implementation: environmental and economic relations between economic agents on cross-border territories while cross-border cooperation.
