The object: organizational-economic mechanism of forming and using of the nature-recreational potential, which provides the optimality of intercommunications between the subjects of recreational activity at the level of territory. The purpose: improvement of theoretic-methodical approaches to development of organizational-economic mechanism of forming and using of the nature-recreational potential of territory. Methods of research: abstractly-logical, system-structural, comparative, calculation-analytical methods, factor analysis, economic-mathematical programming. Novelty: the scientifically-methodical approach is first developed to the economic estimation of nature-recreational potential of territory, which is based on the complex account of ecological limitations at forming and development of directions recreational activity, intercommunications and dynamic equilibrium, between the natural, social and economic factors of forming of this potential. A subject, a level of integration: ecology-economical relations, arising up in the process of recreational nature management. Recommendations are introduced.
