Mishchenko I. The limitation of the private property rights for habitation

The thesis is devoted to the urgent problems of civil doctrines as to the implementation of a person's right limitations. On the analysis basis of national and foreign low, legal proceedings and the result of previous research. The notion property right limitation was formulated and the contend of this low category was investigated. Due to the research of different criteria the implementation of private property right limitation the classification of the dwelling right imitation was improved. The thesis contains recommendations and propositions as to the improvement of the low regulations on the dwelling private property right limitations and specific rights of the owner: ownership, usage and disposal. It is shown that a number of limitations in an existing civil low limit an owner's property rights illegally.
