Telestakova A. System of agreements on services provision in civil law of Ukraine

The dissertation contains complex analysis of the systems of theoretical and practical problems of systematization of agreements on services provision. The issue of origin and development as agreements on services provision as far as services as object of legal relationships is considered, historical analysis of the stages of development and formation of the legal regulation of obligations is conducted concerning services provision starting from Ancient Rome to this time. The system of agreements on services provision is researched in details. Importance of services is shown and their all-forgiveness in the life of every person which results in urgent necessity of the legal regulation for removal of existent gaps and collisions. The legal nature of agreements on services provision, subject of agreement, subject composition, content of legal relationships, and also separate issues of origin, change and termination of such contractual relations are researched. Issues which are related to research of scientific problems of general description of the agreements system on services provision in Ukrainian civil law which are necessary for subsequent development of legal institute of providing services as pre-condition of legislation improvement are examined. In research there are offered the ways of practical problems solving and proposed a number of suggestions and recommendations in relation to improvement of legal regulation of agreements on services provision.
