Boiko Y. Formation of psychological readiness of the future lawyers for professional activity.

The problem of the psychological readiness of future lawyers for professional activity was widely covered in the dissertation. The concepts "psychological readiness" and "psychological readiness for professional activity" were specified. The integrated study of psychological readiness of future lawyers for professional activity was conducted, its content and structure were revealed, criteria and level of moulding were determined. Profiles were singled out and the development of the dynamic of psychological readiness components for professional activity of students - lawyers during study in the University was traced. The comprehensive program of psychological readiness for professional activity moulding for the future lawyers was developed and approved. This program includes professional psychological training, case-method (practical work with juridical tests) and imitating role plays. It was determined that effectiveness of psychological readiness for professional activity of future lawyers is ensuredin a way of comprehensive moulding of motivational, operational, emotional - volitional and personal components.
