Ben M. Differential diagnostics of uterine bleedings in postmenopausal women.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of the uterine bleedings in postmenopausal women. A new method of the differential diagnostics of the reasons of origin of the uterine bleedings in postmenopausal period on the basis of complex of clinical, sonografical, biochemical, histological and histochemical methods of investigations at a pre-hospital period is offered. It allows for certain distinguishing of high quality and malignant processes in endometrios. The scientifically substantiated algorithm has been introduced. It includes along with traditional methods of examination, the performance of uterine Dopplerometry, hysterofibroscopies, evaluation of pro- and antioxidant indexes in the patient’s blood and endometrial tissue, lactate dehydrogenase. It also makes it possible to bring up-to-date an examination of patients with uterine bleeding in postmenopausal period.
