Essay

The manuscript is devoted to the actual scientific problem – to reduce the frequency and gravity of perinatal complications from AB0-system isoimmunization. We have retrospective analysed of all cases of AB0 isoimmunization pregnancy and studied the risk factors of this pathology development.On the basis of clinical, immunological and biochemical investigations there were proved that more essential changes were observed at severe degree of isoimmunization. We have proposed the scheme of AB0 isoimmunizationpregnant women management that included the plasmapheresis using in complex treatment measures. There was worked out and instiled the new method of plasmapheresis for newborns with severe form of AB0-haemolytyc disease and was proved the advantage of this method in comparision with ex-change blood transfusion.
