Dissertation is devoted to the question of increase of effectiveness of treatment of functional ovar-ian cysts (FOC) on a background of the genitalia inflammatory diseases in girls-teenagers. On the basis of study of anamnesis' data, complex estimation of physical, psychical and sexual development, hormonal and infectologycal status, ovarian echostructure in girls-teenagers with FOC on a background the genitalia inflammatory diseases the modern scheme of pathogenesis, complex stage-by-stage system of diagnosis, conservative treatment and prophylaxis of this pathology is given. Introduction of the worked system except for the FCO regress resulted in the increase of amount of cases of normalization of menstrual function, ovarian echostructure and the decrease of relapses number.
