Dakhovnik L. Place and Role of the Institutions of the Social Democracy in the Political Modernization of the Sociaty

The object is political process in democratic and transient systems. The aim is to detect the role and place of social-democratic institutes in political systems with miscellaneous versions of modernization. The methods are system approach, comparative, normatively-moral, sociological and institutional. It is stated that the west experience of the modernization of the social democracy institutions cannot be considered in full as adequate to the political realities of the transitional political systems because of lack of the effective political system in them. Peculiarities of the social democracy on the ideological and institutional level are specified. It is grounded that effectiveness of the institutions of social democracy depends on the state of the political system and the stage of the political development. Methodology of research of social democratic institutions in stable and transitional political systems is improved. Stratificational orientation of the institutions of social democracy is determined. Some peculiarities of the modernization process in the transitional systems depending on the selected model of the development are defined. The main directions of the modernization of the political systems that are developing according to the open model are fixed. Application sphere is the training courses.
