Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the study of features of the cholinergic regulation of chronotropic function of heart and mechanisms of sinus bradycardia development in an experimental hypothyroidism in sexual nonmature rats. It was shown that the experimental hypothyroidism, regardless of the type of its model, is characterized by displacement of vegetative balance toward predominance of cholinergic component of regulation is present. The degree of parasympatheticotonia straight depends on the depth of the hypothyroid state. Violations of the vegetative regulation of heart in hypothyroidism have reversible character.
