Object of research: the A-bacterin’s influence to burn wound microbiocenosis. Purpose: to study properties of burn wound microbiocenosis and unharmed skin, adhesive and antagonistic properties of microorganisms, their susceptibility to antibiotics, to base a A-bacterin’s usage reasonability. Methods of research and equipment: microbiological, biochemical and statistical methods. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: For the first time the unharmed skin microbiocenosis of burned were studied, the comparison with burn wound microbiocenosis has done. The burn wound microbiocenosis features in dynamics were studied. The efficiency of A-bacterin for the treatment and prophylaxis pyogenic and necrotic complications of burns has been proved. The effectiveness of A-bacterin local application has been proved microbiologically. This preparation inhibited growth of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms such us S. аureus, Streptococcus spp., Enterobacteriaceae spp. The microbiologic monitoring necessity for burn wound microbiocenosis evaluation has been showed. The cocci dominance in burn wound microbiocenosis was proved. The main place among cocci took S. аureus. Introduction degree: recommendations were introduced in educational process of medical universities and were recommended for usage in burn units. Area of usage: medicine, microbiology.
