Object- is development and territorial organization of traditional natural resources usage and management as economic phenomenon. Goal- is elaboration of theoretical and methodical bases of forming and realization the policy development and regulation of traditional natural resources usage and management in Ukraine. Methods- are the system analysis and system approach, abstractly - logical, programming estimations, economic analysis. Novelty- forming and realization the policy of development and regulation of traditional natural resources usage in Ukraine. Result - recommendations, which can be used for design of National Conception of saving and development of <<TPG>>. Implementation - State administration of environment protection in Odessa region, Odessa national polytechnic university, IPREED NANU. Branch - is the management, higher education.
